What shipping costs are involved?
We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all items delivered within Australia.
We now offer express shipping at an additional charge. If you plan on purchasing a bulk order, please email us at medicmateau@gmail.com and we will send you an invoice or please order through our eBay website.
Please note that we charge a re-delivery fee if an incorrect delivery address is given. This redirection fee will be charged to sender following notification so please be sure you have the correct address when placing your order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do. You can order our items through eBay or send us an email stating which products you would like to purchase.
Before an invoice is sent we will email you if postage increases (combined weight of over 3kg).How long does shipping take?
Your order will be shipped within 3 business days of when we receive your payment. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 4 to 7 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 3 to 10 business days*, however in some instances it can take up to 15 business days.
*Excludes time in customs.
Which shipping service do you use?
We use AusPost for all our shipping needs. Your parcel will arrive via your local postal service.
We offer trackable regular post on all parcels and large items for domestic orders.
All international orders are shipped via Air Mail (Non-trackable).

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require:
1. A receipt or proof of purchase. For all returns and exchanges
2. Send us an email at medicmateau@gmail.com with details of your refund or exchange. We will reply to you within 1 - 2 business days.
3. For all refunds and exchanges, mail your product to: 23 Oak Leaf Street Greenvale Victoria Australia 3059.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at medicmateau@gmail.com.
