How long can I wait for an answer to my email?

We strive to answer each email as soon as possible, please allow us 1-2 business days to reply.

How do I pay with a credit card?

It's easy! 

1. When you're ready to check out, go to your Cart.
2. Enter your information and click "Check out with PayPal".

Once you are directed to PayPal:

3. Choose "Pay with credit card" as in the picture below: 

4. Follow the prompts to Complete and Submit your order. 

What if I want to pay by bank transfer?

You can hop on over to our eBay page where you can pay via bank transfer. Alternatively you can send us an email and we will provide you with an invoice and bank deposit instructions.

Is your website secure?

The purchasing process is handled entirely on Paypal's secure server. We require your name and address purely for delivery purposes. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details. 

How can I be assured of the quality of your products?

We only choose reliable suppliers and we test all the products before shipping them to you. If you are unhappy with your product, please refer to our Shipping and Returns page for our returns policy.

Do you offer warranties?

Unfortunately, we do not. Please see our Returns policy for details if you believe you are not happy with your product.
